Maybe the most important part of the Resident experience in a Towers Realty Group community is the way our Caretakers look after our Residents and their buildings. Last night, Towers Realty Group held an awards ceremony and dinner to recognize the great work done by our Caretakers.

Caretakers were given awards in three categories:

Rehab / Above the Guideline Buildings:

Caretakers of buildings that undergo significant construction face a number of challenges, ranging from managing tenant relations throughout the construction process, to dealing with high levels of move-ins and move-outs before and after the process.

Special Recognition:

This award recognizes Caretakers who make going above and beyond a part of their day to day. These Caretakers pay extra attention to the grounds and exteriors of their buildings, the interiors, how they treat residents, and how they manage the administrative aspect of the business

Customer Service Excellence:

This is a new award meant to recognize a Caretaker who has made an outstanding contribution to the Towers Realty Group brand through a proven commitment to customer service excellence.
