As a long term tenant of one of the properties at the perimeter up portage I have nothing but positive things to say. My caretakers have been super accommodating and respectful and maintain a safe and beautiful home for me. Any time I've had any questions I've been met with eager knowledge and smiling staff at the office. I am disabled and haven't had a single issue with accommodation in regards to ensuring I am able to access my vehicle from the side as my neighbours are also all long term (I can see why!) and have made me feel safe and welcomed. I absolutely LOVE my home and I intend on staying until the day I purchase a house.
