I had an excellent experience as a tenant of Towers Realty. I lived in Towers for two years, my building common spaces were kept immaculately clean, laundry facilities were always functioning and the hallways, entrance ways and landscaping were always very well maintained. Anytime we required repairs or upkeep on our apartment our caretaker responded immediately to our request with a timeline and kept to that timeline. The caretaker was the best I have ever experienced out of any rental company. Towers was concerned with the appearance of their building and the happiness of their tenants; they recognize that they are in a customer service based industry and work to maintain tenant retention. I would absolutely recommend a Towers building to any person looking to rent in Winnipeg.
