Open all year round, FortWhyte Alive located at, 1961 McCreary Road, added more activities the last couple weeks of April and in May. From bird watching, storying telling, trivia and so much more. There is something for everyone of all ages and skill level.

Situated on land that used to be a mining manufacture for cement over a century ago, now a place for education and being one with nature a short ways aways from the city.

For the Month of April, here are some events happening:

April 25

Moonlit Melodies – 7 pm – 10 pm

April 26

Early Birders – 7 am – 9 am

Stumped! Trivia Night – 7 pm – 10 pm

April 27

Alive in the Wood – 9 am – 4 pm

April 28

Sod House Homesteaders – 12 pm -4 pm

Storytelling by the Fire – 1 pm – 3 pm

Marche Guidee – 2 pm – 3 pm

April 30

Self-Guided Sunrise Birding – 7 am – 9 am
