I/We of unit, building and city listed above, acknowledge the unit owner, our landlord, has provided copies of the provisions of the Condominium Corporation’s declaration with which I/We the tenant must comply and copies of the corporation’s by-laws, and rules, and, I/We covenant and agree that I/We, members of my/our household, my/our guests and any authorized occupants from time to time, will, in using the unit rented by me/us, comply with the Condominium Act, the Declaration, the by-laws and the rules of the Condominium Corporation during the term of my/our tenancy.
