Referral Bonus

Towers Realty Group is pleased to offer our current residents a referral bonus at all of our properties.

How it works:

If you are a current resident in a Towers Realty Group property, download the Referral Bonus Form from our website or stop by our office to pick one up.

Once your friend or family member has found a Towers property to their liking, they must fill in the applicant section of the form and include it with their application package.

If your friend’s application is accepted and they have moved in and lived there for one calendar month, you will receive a $250 rent credit.

It is that simple!

The completed referral bonus form must be submitted at the time of the prospective tenant’s application. In order to receive a Referral Bonus, the resident making the referral must be a resident in good standing (rent must be paid up to date at the time the referral bonus is to be added to their account).

This offer is not valid where the apartment being applied for is a sublet or assignment of tenancy and is only applicable to standard residential tenancy agreements.

Rent credit will be added to the referrer’s account after the referee has resided in their suite for one calendar month.
