This year has seen a lot of changes, our annual holiday dinner for our valued site staff had to be cancelled due to the restrictions in place because of the pandemic. Our site staff however have gone above and beyond this year to ensure the safety and health of our residents and tenants across our portfolio.

Based on performance and feedback from our property management team, the following site staff have been recognized for their extraordinary efforts above and beyond expectations this past year.

AWARD CATEGORIES

Each year we recognize those site staff who have been with us through a special project at their property, or who have demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond in their day to day duties.

MAJOR PROJECT

The criteria which warrant special recognition in this category include:

▪ Resident and tenant relations throughout the project
▪ Coordination with Project Managers and Trades throughout the project

For their outstanding efforts during a major project which concluded in 2020, this year’s recipients of award certificates for major project are:

  • Judy Smith – The Colonnade

SPECIAL RECOGNITION (ABOVE AND BEYOND)

The categories used to determine those site staff deserving of special recognition in this category are:

  • Grounds & building exterior
  • Building interior
  • Tenant Relations
  • Administration and paperwork
  • Leasing and tenant retention

Site staff are assigned scores out of 10 for each of the above categories by their Property Manager and our marketing and customer service team.

Those site staff who achieve an average score of above 95% are recognized each year for their continued efforts.

For their continued commitment to their properties and tenants, this year’s recipients of award certificates for special recognition are:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD – 2020

The Customer Service Excellence Award is presented each year to our site staff who have made an outstanding contribution to the Towers Realty Group brand through a proven commitment to customer service excellence.

This year’s recipient is certainly deserving. Her building is always immaculate, and she consistently goes above and beyond to provide her residents with the best possible resident experience. Her building has a five-star rating on Google and she consistently receives positive mentions on Google and in communication to our office from her tenants.

This year’s Customer Service Excellence Award goes to:

A big thank you to all our site staff who continue to work hard each day, and who represent the face of our company to thousands of residents and tenants throughout our portfolio each and every day!!

The COVID-19 pandemic has proved to be a challenging time for us all. Through all this, we recognize that there will still be some people who need to find a place to live. We’ve taken a number of steps to protect the health and safety of our staff, residents, and anybody who may still be looking for an apartment during this unprecedented time.
